Mainstream political leaders of Kashmir have formed the People’s Alliance for Gupkar Declaration with the aim of engaging in a constitutional battle for the restoration of the rights the people of the former State held before August 5, 2019. The question is, will this new alliance be able to survive its many contradictions?
