    AIADMK moves HC for fair urban local body polls

    Former minister and AIADMK’s organisational secretary D Jayakumar has moved the Madras high court seeking direction to the state election commission to adhere to Election Commission of India (ECI) guidelines and conduct a free and fair elections to urban local bodies.
