    Kolkata: Sellers shift focus to diyas, candles

    For the past 12 years, Pawan Singh has been setting up a fireworks stall at the annual Diwali market at the Shahid Minar ground. But this year, after the Calcutta High Court prohibited the sale and use of crackers to protect the air quality, the 41-year-old businessman immediately hired a space at Burrabazar to sell candles.
