Pavneet Singh Sethi would have turned 31 on Saturday. But Cyclone Amphan snuffed the life out of the lively youth just three days before his birthday. His body was found floating on a waterlogged street, barely 500m from his house in Parnasree, the morning after Amphan had ripped the city apart. He was electrocuted when he went out to buy medicine for his father.
