    Kol dengue spurt: Incomplete high-rises blamed

Water has been accumulating at these sites that are seldom cleaned in the absence regular civic vigil, leading to a spurt in the mosquito-borne virus. A 29-year-old homemaker succumbed to dengue at New Town on Monday.
