    KMRC to pay Rs 5 lakh per affected family

    The Kolkata Metro Rail Corporation (KMRC) on Thursday announced it would ‘immediately’ release Rs 5 lakh each, not only to families that have lost property or means of income, but also those who were evacuated al of a sudden.
